URGENT NOTICE TO PATIENTS
To my loyal Patients,
I will be transitioning into retirement July 31, 2025. I am grateful for the privilege of providing dermatologic care to the Canton community for over 33 years. Integrated Dermatology of Massachusetts, LLC, located at located at 104 Quarry Street, Suite 2, Quincy, MA 02169, will be providing continuation of care to Boston Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center patients.
Effective July 31, 2025, all patients’ records will be transferred to Integrated Dermatology of Massachusetts, LLC. Providers Christina Correnti, M.D. a board-certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist, David Peckham, PA-C, Kristina Anderson, NP-C, Rebeca Jinga, PA-C and Jessica Bahros, MA PA-C will be available to see my patients.
Patients, if they choose, may obtain a copy of their patient file by calling 617-472-6764. Any charges for patient records will not exceed the actual costs of copying and mailing the records.
